Ersen Sen is a design director and studio founder with nearly two decades of experience helping start-ups and established organisations use design as a strategic advantage.

Working at the intersection of brand, communication, and execution, the studio partners closely with founders, leadership teams, and in-house marketing departments to turn complex ideas into clear, credible, and commercially effective design systems. The work spans brand identities and guidelines, high-stakes pitch and investor documents, long-form reports and publications, large-scale marketing roll-outs, and UI design for mobile applications.

The approach is grounded in balance, insight, and empathy—combining strategic thinking with hands-on design leadership. Acting as an external design director when required, the studio provides ongoing support across projects, managing budgets and timelines while maintaining clarity, consistency, and quality across every touchpoint.
